fresh basil
150 - 200gm tomato paste
150gm tomato sauce
150gm sweet chilli sauce
2 cans diced tomato
1 large onion diced, or, leek diced
salt pepper to taste

Fry diced onion in olive oil

Add all other ingredients and simmer slowly for 1/2 hour
